I served an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, achieving an NVQ 3, with 3 years experience as a site carpenter, on new builds, barn conversions, timber framing and concrete shuttering. Personal and commissioned projects have developed skills in furniture and musical instrument making, which are now my main focus, with use of a fully equipped workshop.
